Lusserto Return & Refund Policy

At Lusserto, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

📦 Return Window

You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your item, as indicated by the delivery tracking confirmation.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.

• All tags must be intact, and the item must be in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send any returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Items worn, damaged, or without original tags.

• Custom or special-order items.

• Any item returned after the 3-day window.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@lusserto.com within 24 hours of delivery, including photos for review.
